At Cemora, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and proud of your impact. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Cemora ring, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You may return your Cemora ring within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The ring must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • Returns must be initiated within the return window

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Rings showing signs of wear or damage
  • Promotional items or gifts with purchase

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cemora.eu within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
