At Cemora, we’re proud to ship our NFC-enabled rings to customers all over the world. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and customs for international orders.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to countries worldwide, including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@cemora.eu to confirm availability.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cemora is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to countries under trade embargoes or where local laws prohibit the import of our products. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
